Kenneth Lee Wheeler, a resident of Amite, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at his home. He was born July 15, 1939 in Asheville, NC and was 77 years of age. He is survived by his daughter, Lynda Lee Billodoux and husband, Calvin; grandchildren, Jeanne Marie Futch, Caleb Denton Billodoux and wife, Kristin, Kelley Dona Billodoux, and Seth Calvon Billodoux and wife, Adrianne; great-grandchildren, Noah Denton Billodoux, Evan Joseph Billodoux, Kenna Rae Billodoux, Abagain Jane Billodoux, Landon Lee Billodoux, and Tessa Marie Billodoux. Preceded in death by his wife, Dona LeBlanc Wheeler; daughter, Shelby Wheeler Wiggins; grandson, Kenneth Benjamin Billodoux; parents, Rev. Benjamin Wheeler and Martha Wheeler Watson; step-father, Lawrence Watson. Visitation was held at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 9 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 2, 2017.
