Born August 3, 1952, Michael A. Goings departed this world May 17, 2017, to his eternal home in heaven with Jesus, all the angels and all his loved ones meeting him there.
After a lengthy illness battling cancer, he said goodbye to his loving, loyal and devoted wife, Bridget Cutrer-Goings; three sisters, Deborah Goings-Bales, Beverly Goings-Blackwell, Pamela Goings-Newman; and one surviving brother, Larry Goings.
Michael's sense of humor and almost stand-up comedian style. He could bring the laughter at a time when most needed. His uniqueness and own style, pajamas and slides and dance moves, along with his needed voice training with songs, will be sorely missed.
His dear wife Bridget is mourning the loss of her friend, spouse and soulmate, and his sisters and brother have another broken link in their family chain and hearts.
We'll all miss you Michael, you funny guy, but fly to Jesus, where there are no more sickness, pain, sorrows or crying.
Be at peace, be at rest, and we all will one day reunite, and what a celebration that will be.
Michael has two requests for all reading this. Do him and yourself the greatest favor in a lifetime, "Be ready when your time comes and don't miss out on what he now sees!"
