Charles Gus Baham, a resident of Amite, passed away at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond. He was born August 3, 1936 in Natchez, MS and was 80 years of age. He is survived by his sons, Charles M. Baham and wife, Denise and Philip Baham and wife, Charlotte; daughters, Debra Baham, Lessie Baham and Wanda Cuti and husband, Michael; 10 grandchildren, Angel, April, Scott, Charles, Adam, Tony, Kirsten, Tiffany, Drew, Nickie; 18 great grandchildren; half sisters, Marilyn Garcia, Carolyn Baham and Bobbie Sue Baham and his half brother, Richard Baham. Preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Baham; parents, Phillip and Frances Rogers Baham; and his sister, Betty Jane Powell. Visitation at First Baptist Church of Roseland from 9 AM until religious services at 1 PM on Monday, May 1, 2017. Interment Amite Memorial Gardens, Amite.
