Charles Edward Davidson, a resident of Tickfaw, passed away at 9:20 PM on Friday, February 24, 2017 at his home. He was born January 18, 1945 in Bruce, MS and was 72 years of age. He is survived by his two brothers, Paul Davidson and wife, Becky, and Eddie Davidson, all of Tickfaw; two sisters, Neva Hyde, Chesbrough and Catherine Davidson, Amite, and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Grady Edward “Eddie" Davidson and Corrina Douglas Davidson; two sisters, Rena Faye Lambert and Shirley Marie Cutrer and two brothers, Billy Wayne Davidson and Thomas Lynn Davidson. Visitation was held at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 9 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. Monday, February 27, 2017. Services conducted by Rev. David Cutrer and Rev. Richard Taylor.
