Benjamin True Robinson, of Kentwood, passed away at 10:45 AM on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at his home. He was born February 24, 1923 in Troy, NY and was 93 years of age. He was a U. S. Air Force Veteran of World War II and Korea. Survived by his daughter, Rebecca Varnado and husband, James; son, Mike Robinson and wife, Shannon; 5 grandchildren, James Varnado, Emily Varnado, Billy Hinson, Mary Lee Elizabeth Hinson Bellau, and Noni Hinson; 2 great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Campbell and Eli Bowman. Preceded in death by wife, Billie Jean Hinson Robinson; 2 sisters, Gloria Bleck and Dorothy Moss. Graveside Services were held at Woodland Cemetery, Kentwood, at 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 27, 2016.
